Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item with its original tags and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to swimwear, lingerie, and earrings. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please visit our online returns portal at creatingdelicate.com and follow the instructions. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Returns without a valid return authorization will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply depending on your location and the reason for return.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will offer a full refund including standard shipping costs or arrange for a replacement at no additional charge.
